Our YPO chapter is an inclusive Palm Beach community of extraordinary and diverse YPO members and spouses who are leaders in businesses, organizations, communities and families. We recognize the responsibility that accompanies that designation and take it seriously. We challenge and commit ourselves to make a difference in our world.

Our South Florida community thrives on continuous learning and personal growth. Our members and spouses are at differing points in their life’s journey. We are all searching for purpose and meaning in our lives, and desire to be of service to others. We work to become an even better version of ourselves in the second half of our lives, together through our membership in the YPO Palm Beach Gold chapter.

The YPO Palm Beach Gold chapter invests in understanding each member’s and spouse’s unique needs. We develop and deliver rich, creative, inspiring and intimate educational, social and experiential events that aspire to exceed expectations. We tend to feel more alive, energized, and relevant whenever we are together, either in small intimate sessions or as part of larger programs. We draw upon and access our chapter members to secure the best available resources in the world to inspire members, spouses/partners, and families to learn, grow and evolve.

Each YPO community member is committed to contributing to our Palm Beach Gold chapter and does so in differing ways. We strongly encourage every member and spouse to help us shape our chapter with their voice, attending events, volunteer and serve on our board and ad hoc committees, become Day Chairs, organize and lead specialized forums and other smaller, intimate discussions and idea exchange groups.

Every year, many new YPOers and spouses wish to join our community owing in part to the unique living environment and lifestyle that we enjoy in South Florida. We ensure that every new member and spouse that joins our community understands and appreciates our Vision and Values.
